Returning for its fifth year, the Run the Ranch 5k showcases some of the Front Range's most spectacular trails at Beaver Ranch Community Park in Conifer, Colorado. Featuring expansive meadow views, creekside landscapes, and beautiful pine forests, the 5k truly differentiates itself from its more asphalt-bound competitors. The charity run is the premier fundraising event of the Conifer Interact Club, the youth Rotary organization at Conifer High School. |

| Event features: | In addition to live DJ'd music, a variety of food and beverages will be available after the race. Live results will also be posted throughout the event. Tee shirts will be provided to all participants. There will not be a post race award ceremony. | |||||||||||||
| Course details: |
The course starts out on wide doubletrack that offers a great warmup through rolling meadow. About one-half mile in, the course turns onto singletrack that meanders alongside a small stream into and out of coniferous forest. After entering the interior of the ranch, the course climbs alongside another creek to a set of historic logging roads that have sweeping views of the surrounding mountains. It's all downhill from here! The course continues through light woods and onto the main ranch road, which leads to the finishing line. In total, the course has a total climbing elevation of 563 feet. |

| Group registration: | Registrations with three or more people will receive a 30% discount. Additional registrants are added on the third page of the registration process. | |||||||||||||
| Water stations: | Water stations will be placed halfway up the climb, at the top of the climb, and at the finish. | |||||||||||||
| Dogs: | Dogs will be allowed on course. Dog water will be available at all of the water stations. Please be sure to keep dogs on leash and clean up after them, if needed. Also, make sure they do not prevent other runners and/or walkers from passing. | |||||||||||||
| Directions to start: |
The start will be immediately visible from registration, which will be identifed by parking attendants. |

| Parking: |
Parking attendants will be ready to assist all traffic into and out of the event venue on the morning of the run. Parking opens at 7:00 AM. |

| Award Info: | There will not be a post race award ceremony. Runners scores will be posted on the Run the Ranch website following the race. | |||||||||||||
