Nathan Lee Meyer, 43, of Conifer, passed away at his home on Sunday, September 2, 2018. He is survived by his wife Sonja; children Nathan Jr., Isabella “Izi”, Chloe, and Sammy; mother Barbara Eichhorn; and sister Lisa Schoaf. He was preceded in death by his father Terry Meyer.
Memorial contributions in memory of Nathan Meyer may be made to the Nathan L. Meyer Memorial Fund at any 1st Bank location.
A celebration of life will be held 10am, Tuesday, September 11, 2018, at The Barn at Evergreen Memorial Park, 26624 N. Turkey Creek Rd., Evergreen, CO 80439.
A private family inurnment will be held at Fort Logan.
