The exhibition demonstrates approaches to reusing, recycling, or reclaiming as a way of showing the possibilities that lie in old materials. Our perceptions of and relationship to the idea of “waste” have been shifting for decades and we are constantly coming to terms with how we interact with objects on a day-to-day basis. The art world is no stranger to this concern.
