Saturday May 25th at 10:30am to noon at Conifer Community Church. We will cover situational awareness, self defense techniques, and techniques for avoiding being kidnapped and escaping from a kidnapping. It makes for some fun party tricks when you can escape from duct tape, zip ties and handcuffs! I can teach a ten year old girl how to take out a 300 pound NFL player in less than five seconds. You don't have to do anything, just sit and watch.
