We are planning another great Holiday Boutique—and invite you to apply to be a part of this wonderful, annual event in the Colorado foothills. Application deadline: June15th.

The Conifer Newcomers & Neighbors Holiday Boutique is a juried show of artisan-designed and artisan-created items at Conifer High School. Our shoppers have come to expect great, unique items at our boutique.The boutique attracts about 3500 shoppers each year—some of whom show up extra-early just so they can be first to see the fine, handmade arts and crafts items.

This will be our 42ndHoliday Boutique —the major annual fundraiser of Conifer Newcomers & Neighbors, a nonprofit in the foothills. Over the past 20 years, the success of this boutique has returned nearly $300,000 to local nonprofits, volunteer fire districts, important causes and student groups in our foothills communities. A large group of volunteers will be on hand to assist vendors with moving in and out —and ensuring a positive experience for you. Booths are in the gymnasium and in the close-by cafeteria. Central checkout is in the lobby. Booths are set up with pipe and drapes to add to the professional experience. Additionally, Conifer High School has two convenient back entrances that make for easy access with carts and dollies.Returning artists love our show because people in the foothills communities prefer to shop local and are very loyal customers.We continue to offer affordable booth prices and a low sales fee of 10%. We are proud to provide a venue that enables artists to make substantial sales with low overhead costs.
