Join the Teller-Park Conservation District in conjunction with CSU Extension and the City of Fairplay for the first annual weed pull contest. Have fun and earn money (1st Place - $100, 2nd Place - $75, 3rd Place - $25) while helping to eradicate this invasive, non-native ornamental. Maps, gloves and bags provided on day of pull. Meet at the CSU extension office at the Fairgrounds at 9:00 am for distribution. Goodie bags and educational materials provided at registration. Most pulled wins!! We will need before and after photos of pulled areas. Excited to see you there!
