Youth Mental Health First Aid is designed for adults who regularly interact with young people (ages 12-18). The course introduces the unique risk factors and warning signs of mental health problems in adolescents and builds an understanding of the importance of early intervention. Please note, you must attend the full 8 hours to receive your certification.
