Join Park Rangers for a short hike in Blodgett Peak Open Space, to view the 2019 meteor shower! We will take a short hike (~1/4 mile) to an overlook, where we can observe the meteor shower as it originates from the constellation Gemini.

AGE LIMIT: 12+

Visitors are encouraged to bring their own camp chairs or foam pads to sit on.

Please dress appropriately for December weather- multiple insulating layers, hats, and gloves are all strongly recommended!

This program may be cancelled in case of inclement weather- in this case, we will call participants prior.

The hike will begin at 7:00 PM and rangers will remain on-site until 8:30 PM.
