Lobster bisque with a polenta crouton
Vichyssoise
Spinach and squash salad with blue cheese and pork belly vinaigrette

Herb crusted lamb chops with sautéed artichokes, kale and rosemary mustard sauce
Jumbo lump crab cake with sweet potato, arugula, pickled red onions and lobster cream sauce
