What is Prana? Most of us have heard the words frequency, vibration, radiance, or aura. All of these words are qualities of Prana. Prana is the life force energy that flows through us to keep us alive, activating our life and giving us the ability to shine. When Prana flow throughs us with and ease and grace, we have more joy, happiness, courage, love, therefore allowing us to unlock our fullest potential. We can truly be who we are meant to be in this lifetime! In many ways, prana is a reflection of who we are. Unfortunately most of us have stuck prana (physical, emotional, or spiritual) so therefore, we are not living up to our full potential. Has anyone ever said to you "Change your thoughts?" I know I've heard it a lot myself. Well the truth is, it's extremely hard to think your way out of something without activating your prana. When you activate your prana, raising your vibration, your negative thoughts transform into positive ones therefore allowing you to be in a new positive mindset. I am a true believer that life all comes down to one thing and that is simply activating your Prana!

In this 4 week workshop, we will be sharing countless techniques on how to activate your prana! Through breath, music, mantra, movement, stretches, visualization,and meditation, we will activate the prana energy to flow freely to all cells in the body. We will shed those old low vibration frequencies such as fear, guilt, anger, shame,etc and replace with high vibrating ones such as LOVE, JOY, & HAPPINESS. After all, HAPPINESS, is your birthright! You will leave each class feeling more calm, clear and balanced than you can possibly imagine and taking that energy into your every day life!!.
