What is Prana?

Most of us have heard the words frequency, vibration, radiance, or aura. All of these words are qualities of Prana. Prana is the life force energy that flows through us to keep us alive, activating our life and giving us the ability to shine. When Prana flows through us with and ease and grace, we have more joy, happiness, courage, love, therefore allowing us to unlock our fullest potential. We can truly be who we are meant to be in this lifetime! In many ways, prana is a reflection of who we are. Unfortunately most of us have stuck prana (physical, emotional, or spiritual) so therefore, we are not living up to our full potential. Has anyone ever said to you "Change your thoughts?"
