Choose your 2020 Officers-
To Vote: Be a Democrat registered (or preregistered) in Jefferson County, Colorado between 16 & 36 years old who has filled out a membership application (yes, that means you can become a member on February 20th and vote). To Attend: Open to the public, all young Democrats are encouraged to attend.

Each position is up for a term of two-year, available positions are:

President
Vice-President
Finance Coordinator
Director of Communications
Secretary
Political Director
Community Affairs Director
Director of College and High School
Event Coordinator

It is the strong belief of the JeffCo Young Dems that each one of these positions is an excellent position for young people entering the Democratic Party. If you want to build a resume for potential campaign work; or run for office yourself, these positions are a great way to familiarize yourself with the party and with the procedure for doing so. Many of our current Senators and Representatives and City Council Members got started by making their mark in the Young Dems and we hope that you will be one of the ones next to do so.
