In an increasingly uncertain and chaotic media environment, local news is more important than ever in connecting people to their communities. As major news organizations shrink their city desks, smaller publications have stepped up – with some hyperlocal news serving single neighborhoods or focusing on single issues. How are these folks making it work? Why is local news, and hyperlocal news, important? How does it shape our communities? And what happens next?

Join us with an all-star panel as we discuss.

Drinks at 5:30. Panel kicks off at 6:00.
