Mat Alldredge, mountain lion researcher with Colorado Parks and Wildlife will be joining David in presenting a deep dive on mountain lions in Evergreen on March 21st, 6-8 pm. Mat will focus his portion of the presentation on what lions are doing in the urban/exurban areas of Colorado and lion population dynamics and how CPW estimates lion abundance. From 2005-15, Alldredge looked at mountain lion populations and human interactions along the interface of the foothills and towns of the northern Front Range corridor.
