If you crave energy, or you are overstimulated with a racing mind, this Yin class is for you! We will be releasing fascia and improving joint mobility and flexibility. We balance the internal organs and improve the flow of Prana and circulation. Yin is practiced slow and we hold poses for a longer time. If you gently stretch connective tissue by holding a Yin pose for a long time in this way, the body will respond by making it both longer and stronger. Yin yoga is also a tool for reducing stress and anxiety.
