Park County Drive-Up Flu Clinic

The drive-up clinic is by appointment only. Please fill out a registration form below or call Public Health at 303-816-5948 to schedule an appointment. The drive-up clinic is for adults aged 18 and older. Please call to schedule an in-office appointment for children ages 6 months - 17 years old.

Upon arrival for your scheduled appointment time, you will remain in your car and nursing staff will handle everything while you stay seated in your vehicle. Please wear a mask and short-sleeve shirt. Please follow all instructions given by the staff.

*Cost is $20, cash or check. We can bill most Medicare plans and Medicaid at no cost to the individual. Unable to accept private insurance. No one will be turned away due to inability to pay.

Appointments are 15 minutes long. Pre-registration is required.
