Know a high schooler interested in theatre??
Krista Choate will be instructing a playmaking class hosted by Evergreen Players for students aged 14-18. From playwriting to set designing, directing to stage managing, we will take on the different roles in the theatre. Each student will get an overview of the different jobs in the theatre, and they will pick a facet of the process to work on; playwriting, light design, sound designing, set design, costume design, hair/makeup design, directing, stage managing, or acting. They will work with professional instructors to create and produce their own original show in April.
The class will be socially-distant, in-person and will meet from 7-9pm on Thursdays starting January 21st.
