The town wide cleanup is scheduled for Saturday May 22nd.
Let’s meets at the PO at 8:00 to pick up the trash bags and choose an area to clean.
Unfortunately, we can not gather in Little Park anymore. Any ideas where could have the potluck party after the cleanup?
I’m looking forward to bringing back this tradition and getting to spend time with old and new neighbors.
* A few changes with the cleanup... the grapevine to I 70 is “adopted” already by school of mines students. We can clean from the cattle guard south through both Grapevines, Miller Lane & Shady Lane ( those 2 county roads trash has to be piled at the PO area. Same with Hwy74). I imagine if we clean further up to I 70 & bring the bags down, they will be picked up.
Hooray for Jordan Fink donating the beer from his brewery, Woods Boss Brewery. We need a place for our potluck to drink this beer & eat.
