Dinner Lecture Menu: Guacamole and chips, appetizer. Fort mixed green salad with pickled ginger, toasted pepitas, jicama and homemade damiana salad dressing served with homemade pumpkin walnut muffins, and French bread. Main Course: 6 ounces of Buffalo Tenderloin cooked in butter and herbs, served with a teriyaki quail, leek mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and Dixon Red Chile Gravy. Dessert: Spicy Apple Sweet Brown Bread with Rum Caramel sauce. Included: CK Mondavi white and house red wine served during lecture and during dinner.
