What is domestic violence? What does it entail and encompass, and how does it impact the people affected by it—in the present as well as future in their adult lives. How does it affect the family unit and the community at large—at school, with our friends, and our society?
Presenter Shaun Hutto, LPC, is dedicated to helping people feel empowered and be able to author their own stories. He specializes in trauma, including domestic violence, emotional, spiritual, sexual, and physical abuse. Shaun is a member of the Peaceworks organization.

ABOUT RESILIENCE1220
Our registered therapists provide free counseling services to youth ages 12 to 20 in the mountain communities west of Denver. We work to raise awareness of the social, emotional, and mental-health issues young people face, and to provide the necessary life skills to create wellness and resiliency in their lives.
