The Core Class is the foundational class to begin your Block Therapy practice in order to bring heat to the core, melt adhesions, and start to lift the ribcage into proper alignment.
This extended version of the core class is a beautiful way to open the ribcage and relax into a new alignment. The ribcage is the foundation for the shoulders and the neck. Not only will this class allow deeper access to the diaphragmatic breath, it will also prepare the upper body for continued work into the arms, hands, head and neck.
Sabrina Fritts is an innovative healer, spiritual teacher, and advocate. In 2004, a rollover accident served as her wake-up call, and she exchanged her HR career to teach healing worldwide. Instead of investing in “health insurance”, she invested in her wellbeing, adding various tools and techniques to keep herself and her family healthy.
Sabrina’s daily Block Therapy practice brought the release of the thick, dense c-section scars she wished for and resulted in the elimination of chronic neck and shoulder pain. The true gift came when she began to release past trauma stored at a cellular level and process the emotional trauma she faced while successfully defending herself against a lawsuit filed by a former employer.
The relief she received inspired her to become a Certified Block Therapy Instructor. In addition, as an advocate for victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and sex trafficking, Sabrina shares Block Therapy and proper diaphragmatic breathing with survivors to begin the healing process on their road to recovery. Sabrina has presented at state and national victims’ assistance conferences on Release Trauma through Decompression: The Missing Link to Self-Care.
