Movement, Meditation and Music Class combines the healing powers of dance, along with muscle toning, meditation and various genres of music allows for the release of stagnant energy, creates a backdrop of self love and allows for the emergency of peace, love and joy.
Amanda Gregg is a Movement Coach and Reiki Master/Teacher who is spreading the knowledge and practice of Movement, Mindfulness and Energy in the world. Amanda established Soaring Eagle Healing in 2017, and has been teaching Reiki Healing, leading movement/dance classes and providing tools for mindfulness to those that are ready for the journey.
Over the past 13 years, Amanda has contributed to several Nonprofit Organizations throughout Colorado. She currently serves at a local mountain nonprofit part-time and assists at her son's school weekly.
