Center for the Arts Evergreen is nestled in the heart of the foothills just 2 miles off I-70. For over 47 years, we have worked hard to bring the arts and the community together. Each year we host 8-9 exhibits, dozens of classes and multiple community-driven events. Our two signature events, Summerfest and Winterfest, have been staples of CAE for more than 40 years. Last year, due to the pandemic, we had to cancel both events. With caution and within the guidelines issued by Jefferson County & the state of Colorado, we are excited to bring them both back this year. Summerfest is already off and running and will take place on Labor Day weekend. However, we are just starting our plans for Winterfest, and we are currently looking for artists. Our plan is to bring it back bigger and better than before.
This year we have decided to host it here at CAE. After all, this is our home and we want to celebrate it with the community. The day will be filled with lots of festivities. In addition to the winter market, we will have food vendors, a hot chocolate bar, live entertainment, a children’s area, and an ornament station where you can create an ornament for yourself or a loved one. For those of you that have not participated in an event at CAE, we can promise you that we put our hearts and souls into making every event a success. We look forward to partnering with you to kick off the holiday season!
Winterfest is hosted by the Center for the Arts Evergreen, a nonprofit organization.
Proceeds from Winterfest go to support arts programming year-round.
