Donate Blood & Save a Life!

Conifer will be hosting a blood drive on Wednesday, October 20th from 9:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. in the new auxiliary gym. Students must be 16 years old to donate blood. Students 16 & 17 years old must have a signed Parent Acknowledgement Consent form signed in blue or black in order to donate blood and brought with them when they donate.

All people interested in donating blood must read the Donor Qualification Form, (Pre-Screening Form), prior to signing up. All donors must have their driver's license or school ID with them to donate blood. 

Please remember to start drinking lots of water a couple of days prior to donating blood and to be sure to EAT A HUGE MEAL BEFORE DONATING BLOOD. 

On the day of donation, please go to this website and complete the Health History Questionnaire prior to donating.  Please expect the whole donation process to take about an hour.
