The Great Outdoors is CLUB’s Fall Fundraiser. Created in 2014, the event was previously the Wild Game Fundraiser. This fundraising event includes a silent and live auction that features all things outdoors; from outdoor gear, to items for sports fans, to décor for the home. There is something for everyone.
All proceeds from the event go towards CLUB’s fundraising efforts to provide athletic improvements to the athletic programs and band at Conifer High School (CHS).
Items will be updated on the bidding website as they are donated so check back to see all things available for the silent and live auctions happening this year.

The Great Outdoors Event is a one night fundraising event. This event is CLUB's Fall fundraiser centered on all things outdoors. The event focuses on everything from hiking, biking, camping, fishing, hunting, snow sports, to all things outdoors. There are items from outdoor gear, to items for sports fans, to décor for the home. There is something for everyone.
People can attend the event in person or virtually online. The event is held at the Woodlands event center October 14th with doors opening at 5:00 PM. All bidding for the silent auction opens at 5:00 PM and closes at 7:00 PM. The bidding for the live auction starts at 7:00 PM and ends at 8:00 PM. There is a $20 donation/contribution per bidder to participate in the auction. Appetizers provided by JJ Madwells and a cash bar will be available to guests.
The in person event will be COVID-safe so if you are not vaccinated MASKS are recommended to be worn while in the building and hand sanitizer will be available.
