This event is SOLD OUT - though there is a waiting list in case people cancel their ticket purchase.

A tasting of the wines in the 2021 Governor's Cup Collection, each paired with a small-plate menu item created specifically to pair with that wine by Colorado's top chefs. The winner of the 2021 Governor's Cup will be announced at this event as well. The Colorado Wine Industry is proud to partner once again with History Colorado on this event, which will be held once again at the beautiful History Colorado Center in downtown Denver.

VIP entry begins at 6 PM with an intimate opportunity to taste this year's winners, followed by a tasting of Governor's Cup wines from previous years paired with a more extensive menu from Café Rendezvous.  

General admission begins at 7 PM and includes the wines in this year's Collection.

The Best in Show winner will be announced at approximately 8:00 pm.

Food and wine service stops at 9:30 PM.

Please note: entry to the History Colorado Center for this event will be through the school group entrance on the south side of the building on 12th Ave. just east of Broadway.

UPDATE

Because Colorado Uncorked is a food and wine tasting event, the Colorado Wine Industry Development Board (CWIDB) and the Colorado Department of Agriculture (CDA) will require all attendees to provide proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or proof of a negative COVID-19 test within the previous 72 hours (on or after Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2021) along with a photo ID valid for proof of age and identification to enter the event.

If you have been exposed to COVID-19 recently, are feeling ill, running a fever, showing other symptoms, or have had a positive COVID test result within the previous two weeks (on or after Thursday, Oct. 21, 2021), we ask that you not attend Colorado Uncorked.
