St. Elizabeth is a mission church of Our Lady of the Pines. Located in Buffalo Creek near Pine Grove, Colorado.
Directions to St. Elizabeth's are south on Hwy 285 to Pine Junction, then turn left at the stop light onto county road 126 (Pine Valley Rd).  It is then approximately 10 miles to Buffalo Creek.  As you come into the town, the church will be on your left.
