Our New Year’s Eve dinner special will feature a 4-oz buffalo tenderloin grilled to perfection and a succulent baked lobster tail, basted with butter and served with butter and lemon. This special comes with a signature Fort salad, freshly baked breads, our chef's choice of vegetables and buttery mashed potatoes. For dessert, enjoy The Fort's Negrita, a blend of dark chocolate whipped with Myer's rum and served in a pewter cup. Plus, toast the new year with a split of Gruet champagne!
