"Helping Teens Thrive…Together" is a partner event to Jefferson Center’s Helping Kids Thrive Conference to support the ongoing connection and wellness throughout our community. Coordinated by the Suicide Prevention Coalition of Jefferson, Clear Creek and Gilpin Counties, the event brings together programs, resources, and skills to promote connectedness between teens and trusted adults, a proven method for reducing suicide in youth.
