Park County Senior Coalition (PCSC) is a non-profit organization dedicated to serving local seniors and keeping them safe in their mountain home. Being a member of the PCSC means access to programs that assist with chores, meals, nutrition education, housecleaning, transportation to medical appointments and more. We provide our clients with individualized case management and connect them with programs based on their unique needs. Providing services for the Platte Canyon area is an important part of what we do.

On the first Wednesday of every month we bring shelf stable and frozen meals to our clients at the Shawnee VFW, the Bailey Community Center, and Crow Hill Bible Church. In partnership with Seniors Alliance of Platte Canyon, PPACG, and Park County we also now have a freezer stocked with frozen meals located at the Bailey Community Center. SAPC distributes these frozen meals every Wednesday from 10:30am-2pm! Meals are free and the only requirement is to be a member of the Park County Senior Coalition.

We currently provide programming for 111 Platte Canyon residents and are always happy to take on new clients, board members, and volunteers. Reach out today and lets continue to age-in-place in a place we all love! Forms are available in the SAPC office.
