HOSA is hosting a community blood drive on November 2 in the auxiliary gym. There are a few spaces available! Every donation saves 3 lives!!!

Save Lives with Conifer High School: Donate Blood November 2nd

The blood drive will be held in the Auxillary Gym.  Students need to be 16 years old to donate blood. All students 16 &17 will need a signed Parent Consent Form in BLUE or BLACK ink (Please see Mrs. Stricker in room 106 for this form).

Please review the Donor Qualification (Eligibility) Form  (found on the Conifer High School home page or see Mrs. Stricker in room 106) before signing up for an appointment spot. Females between the ages of 16-22 pay special attention to the Height and Weight chart on the back of the form to make sure you weigh enough. ALSO, THE BAN HAS BEEN LIFTED FOR ALL INDIVIDUALS WHO COULD NOT DONATE BLOOD BEFORE DUE TO MAD COW IN EUROPE!  

Make sure to DRINK A LOT OF EXTRA WATER, (starting a few days prior), AND EAT A HUGE MEAL BEFORE DONATING BLOOD.

The Morning of the blood drive, (NO EARLIER,) please go to Vitalant.org/Health to fill out your Health History Questionnaire, then print it out and bring the sheet with you. If you do not have a printer, then enlarge the QR code and screen shot it. Be sure to bring your picture ID with you to the Blood Drive. Thank you for being a hero and saving 3 lives!!!!
