This is a free cooking and nutrition class that is designed for grandparents, caregivers, and parents to attend with their preschool age children (ages 3-6 years old). The class will be on Tuesday, January 10th from 9:30am to 11:00am, and will include hands-on cooking, delicious recipes, opportunities to try new food, discussions about nutrition, and healthy food to take home after! http://www.mrcco.org/
