NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a polling place election will be held on the 2nd day of May 2023, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and

7:00 p.m. MST.
The Board of Directors of the District have designated the following polling place on election day:
Training Room, District Fire Station, 11993 Blackfoot Road, Conifer, CO 80433

At said election, the electors of the District shall vote for:
Three (3) Directors who will each serve a four (4) year term.
The names of persons nominated as Director for a four (4) year term:
Debra MacPhee
Chuck Newby
Todd Wagner
Dominique Devaney
Shannon Troy Peterson
Sharon M. Woods

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that an eligible elector of said district, for the purpose of said election, is a person registered to vote and
who has been a resident of the District, or who, or whose spouse or civil union partner, owns taxable real or personal property within the
District, whether said person resides within the District or not, or a person who is obligated to pay taxes under a contract to purchase
taxable property within the District shall be considered an owner of taxable property for the purpose of qualifying as an eligible elector.

Eligible electors of the ELK CREEK FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT may drop off a voted ballot, beginning April 10, 2023 at the locations
listed below.

The Office of the Designated Election Official, located at 1100 W. Littleton Blvd., #101, Littleton, CO 80120, is open on the following days
in case a replacement ballot is needed:
Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. MST from April 10, 2023- May 1, 2023,
Tuesday May 2, 2023 from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. MST. Ballots must be received by 7:00 p.m. MST on Election Day, May 2,
2023.

The office of the Fire District is available upon request in case a replacement ballot is needed:

Absentee ballot application must be received by the Designated Election Official (DEO) by close of business April 25, 2023.
