Are siblings invited?

- Yes, we see this as an opportunity for sibling/family bonding that may not otherwise happen in a high stimulus environment. We do not want to separate families. Keeping in mind, we are centering children with disabilities at this event.

 

What will be provided?

- We'll do our best to accommodate for all sensory needs.
- This is intended to be a gathering versus the typical line-up style for Santa. There will be seating available.
- A socially distanced experience can be arranged for our medically fragile guests. Seating areas will be disinfected between guests.
- There will be a photographer on-site (no flash photography).
- Refreshments will be separate from the main room to accommodate children with allergies.
- If you want to inquire about specific accommodations for your child or have questions, please contact me through the event page.
- Event is free of charge (it has been supported by community fundraising).
- Event runs from 10:00am - 12:30pm.

 

We ask that if you have not contacted the host to be assigned a specific volunteer position and you are not accompanying a child with a disability, that you please not attend the event. This is an event for children with disabilities to enjoy with their families in an intimate setting, without onlookers. Thank you for understanding.
