Park County residents are cordially invited to a community event to discuss the future for our Fairgrounds on Saturday, January 20 from 11 AM – 1 PM in the Board of County Commissioners Meeting Room, located at: 856 Castello Avenue, Fairplay, CO 80440.

The meeting is hosted by Barbie Garnett, Park County CSU Extension Director and will feature a presentation from the University of Colorado Denver’s University Technical Assistance Program (UTAP) Coordinator, College of Architecture and Planning team, who is providing design and planning services to Park County. The meeting will feature five conceptual designs that will help to guide the future of the Park County Fairgrounds. The public meeting will include the presentation, question/answer session, Lunch and potentially some breakout sessions. We hope to collect information on how the community feels about the plans, which plan they prefer for our future and any adjustments that are needed before the final presentation to the Park County Commissioners.
