Board Meetings

The regular Board of Directors meetings will be held on the 4th Thursdays of the month (except for the November and December meetings which will be held on the 3rd Thursdays due to the holidays). The Pension Board of Trustees meetings will be held on the 4th Thursdays of January, April, July, and October just prior to the regular Board of Directors meetings. Meetings are scheduled to begin at 1800 hours or 6:00 p.m.

The meetings are held in person at Elk Creek Station 1, 11993 Blackfoot Rd. Conifer, CO 80433 or may be attended virtually via Zoom.

Rules of Procedure Note for Monthly Board of Directors meetings: for Citizen Comment, it will be limited to 3 minutes per person at the beginning and during Citizen Issues portion of the Agenda. There will be a sign-up sheet available at the beginning of the meeting to let the Board know you wish to provide comment.
