Who is MRC?

Founded in 1990, Mountain Resource Center strives to promote self-sufficiency and improve the quality of life for individuals and families living in the foothills west of Denver. Located in Conifer, Colorado, MRC serves the areas of western Jefferson County and eastern Park County. They are the only community-based organization along the U.S. Highway 285 corridor that provides multi-generational services for individuals and families that need support. By offering consistent care over time, Mountain Resource Center can assist with both short and long-term needs. They offer emergency services like housing and utility assistance, support through early childhood, family education, mental health services, veteran support, and access to healthy food and community health programming. All MRC's services are free of charge!
