Join Evergreen Sustainability Alliance on June 22nd to keep the following items out of the landfill!
Let’s get those houses and garages cleaned out but avoid putting some of those usual throw away items in the landfill and recycle them instead!
Join Evergreen Sustainability Alliance in dropping the following items off at Evergreen Lutheran Church where we have partnered with different vendors to give new life to the “garbage.”
We are accepting the following items:
•All types of electronics (anything that has batteries or plugs in)
•Small appliances that no longer work (items cannot contain Freon, no washers/dryers or stoves)
•Blocks of Styrofoam (no peanuts or food containers)
•Paint (with or without paint)
•Glass (no mirrors)
•Car batteries
•Old pens/markers
•Toothpaste tubes and toothbrushes
•Books (no magazines)
•Shoes (any quality)
•Glasses/sunglasses
•Hearing aids
•Vinyl records
•CRT TV’s ($50/unit)
•Flatscreen TV’s ($5/unit)

It is free to drop off if not otherwise specified. We greatly appreciate any donation you’d like to give to help cover costs to do this recycling event.
