2024 HIGH ALTITUDE GARDEN TOUR

Seeing is Believing – and believing is imagining what your garden can look like, even at this altitude!

Please join us on JULY 20^th from 10AM-3PM in supporting the Evergreen Public Gardens for our much anticipated, High Altitude Garden Tour!  Journey through FIVE glorious gardens located throughout Evergreen to wonder and learn how these local gardeners have coaxed the splendor of nature amidst the short growing season, dry climate, hostile soil, fitful winds, and insatiable wildlife.  The Garden Tour is a unique chance to chat with people who have recovered from the disappointment of seeds that never germinated, blooms that disappeared overnight amidst a trail of deer and elk hoofprints, or veggies that brought joy to a family of bunnies.

This year’s Garden Tour also features an online SILENT AUCTION and expanded PLANT SALE, held at the Hiwan Heritage Park/Museum (28473 Meadow Drive) with food & drinks available for purchase from Slife's Devil Dogs & Sweet Freeze Shave Ice Food Truck!  Local artists and musicians will also be on hand at each garden for your added enjoyment.

All proceeds from the tour benefit the nine Evergreen Public Gardens planted and maintained by our members.
