Get ready, Clear Creek County residents! The Board of County Commissioners is hitting the road this summer, embarking on a comprehensive town hall tour designed to bring local government directly to you!

With six planned meetings (and possibly more to come) strategically located throughout unincorporated Clear Creek County and its towns, this tour aims to maximize accessibility and engagement. The Commissioners are eager to connect with residents in their own neighborhoods and discuss a wide range of pertinent topics, including the county budget, ongoing and upcoming road projects, and more. This is your opportunity to voice your concerns, ask questions, and directly influence the decisions that impact your community. Mark your calendars—the Commissioners are genuinely looking forward to hearing from you and fostering a stronger, more informed Clear Creek County.

Below are the dates and locations. All meetings will start at 6:00 PM!

1. St. Mary’s: May 12th at the Alice Schoolhouse (271 Silver Creek Rd.)

2. Evergreen (EMERGE): May 28th at King Murphy Elementary (425 Circle K Ranch Rd.)

3. Dumont/Lawson/Downieville: June 5th at CCFA Dumont Fire Station 1 (681 County Rd. 308)

4. Idaho Springs: June 25th at the Health and Wellness Center, 2nd Floor (1969 Miner St.)

5. Floyd Hill: July 23rd at CCFA Fire Station #6 (35713 U.S. Hwy. 40)

6. Georgetown/Empire/Silver Plume: August 11th in the County Commissioner Meeting Room (405 Argentine St.)
