Tom Duffy worked with Rev. Jim Robinson as a para-minister and helped launch a Big Brother program. In 1995, Tom founded the Prison SMART Foundation to bring the program to the United States. As it grew, the initiative transitioned in 2004 under the International Association for Human Values (IAHV), and it is now active in 108 countries.

Prison SMART empowers individuals to realize their true potential. Tom has trained over 25 instructors and directly worked with more than 5,000 at-risk individuals. Through his leadership as the founder of a national nonprofit, Tom and his team of 25 instructors provided anger and stress management skills to over 20,000 inmates.

Today, Tom continues his service as a Master Coach and finds joy in singing Kirtan and sharing his music. Tom has sang all across Africa, India and the US. Tom was a student of the Gandharva Veda with Diviya Prabha.
