No one wants to be stuck in a traffic jam in a wildfire with flames on the side of the road. That's why we need your help as a volunteer this weekend, Friday afternoon and Saturday, June 13-14.
Hwy 73 is one of our worst evacuation routes because everyone west of Hwy 73 can only leave the mountains on Hwy 73, along with many people on the east side. It will be jammed. We're thinning 30 feet on the west side of the road near Gray Fox Dr.

Asplundh is donating a full day of a full crew FOR FREE to the community to cut down 21 large trees that could fall in the road. We need people to flag and slow down traffic, haul branches to trailers, cut logs and branches.
