The Senate only needs 51 votes to pass a public land amendment. 14.5 million acres in Colorado at risk of being sold to out-of-state billionaire investors or mined & clearcut with no public process and oversight. The only exemption for our area is Buffalo Peaks Wilderness Area. This affects everyone in Park County including small local businesses, hikers, hunters and fishermen/women.
