Open to anyone who wants to learn more about adaptive recreation opportunities and demo adaptive equipment!

Please join us at Staunton State Park on Saturday, August 9th, 2025 for the 5th Annual Mark Madsen Adaptive Rec Day. We will host 14 vendors who will showcase their programs and services. There will be experiences and equipment for visitors to demo including several types of adaptive bikes, Magic Mobility all-terrain wheelchairs, rock climbing, archery, track chairs and a photography clinic (for phones or cameras)!

*An American Sign Language interpreter will be on-site.

*Additional accessible parking is available in front of the event in Meadow Lot.

Attendees will need to purchase a day or annual pass to enter the park. The event is free!
