NEW CLASS ALERT for the PARENTS out there!
The amazing Karin Anger-Plow will be teaching Improv 101 this Fall! This is a perfect entry-level course for those who have been wanting to get on stage themselves but haven't taken the leap yet! You may know Karin as our Parent Rep, but did you also know she's an incredible theatre professional?!
When: Sunday Evenings, 6:30-8:30pm
*Classes begin September 7th and will run for ten sessions ending on November 2nd. There will be no class on October 12th.
Meet people, gain poise, build your confidence and unleash your creativity by learning the fundamentals of Improvisation. This course will focus on various games and exercises that encourage trust, communication, and the golden rule of “Yes, And”. We will explore the themes of active listening, creating characters, building an environment, status, and making your partner look good. Students will apply these concepts into fully improvised scenes. It’s the most fun you will have all week!
