Let's make Halloween fun, affordable and sustainable! Kids and families are invited to participate in our Halloween Costume Swap. Drop off clean, gently used children's costumes at Evergreen Library throughout September. Then, come back on October 4 or 5 to choose a new-to-you costume, make a craft and have fun. Costumes are available on a first-come basis while supplies last. It's a great way to refresh your costume collection and share the fun with others in the community.
