Join us on Thursday, October 30 at 4:30 p.m. at Mountain Resource Center for the ribbon cutting of our new Community Refrigerator shelter, built by Girl Scout Troop 66577 as part of their Silver Award project!

 

The sturdy new structure protects the fridge from weather and wildlife, ensuring food is accessible outside of the Food Share Market’s service hours. This project was inspired by a memorable winter visit from a local bear affectionately known as Cupcake!

 

A huge thank you to Moore Lumber and Altitude Electric for donating materials and skilled craftsmanship to make this project possible.
