On Thursday, January 15th, COFA will be hosting a Self-Defense Course for females of any age and anyone 50 and over.

 

Have you ever been scared of being attacked, kidnapped, or carjacked? Probably most of us have felt uneasy hiking in the woods, walking to our car, or walking in the mall. This class will be very helpful for those of you who want to learn more about self-defense.

 

The class will cover situational awareness, unarmed self-defense techniques, self-defense tools, and methods to avoid being kidnapped and to escape from one.

Please feel free to observe or participate, whichever you are comfortable with.

This is a class for those over 50 or females of any age.
