Frequencies of the Heart: A Sanctuary for Radical Self-Love led by Sarah Saltzman

Step into a 60-minute immersive experience of embodied breath and sound, designed to reconnect you to your body, calm your nervous system, and awaken your own inner resonance. Through a guided 2-part active breath practice, you'll deepen your awareness to the subtle rhythms flowing within, moving energy, allowing the body to soften and the mind to let go. Layered sound vibrations follow, integrating the work and supporting deep restoration, radical self-acceptance and love.

 

This event is part of a greater, Winter Wellness Event Series, which aims to bring community centeredness and accessible wellness opportunities during a season of cold weather and prolonged isolation. Suggested donation for this event is $20, where all proceeds benefit Town of Alma Open Space Projects.
