Together we will stand on Genesee Overpass and join with Our Brothers and Sisters across Colorado and the United States of America FOR The Rule of Law and the United States Constitution. We will stand together to say to Donald Trump and his Regime, "We Stand Against Your Tyranny! There are NO KINGS in America!!"

We will Stand for the clear language of Article I of the United States Constitution, which does NOT confer unlimited power upon any person elected as President, but makes clear that the Executive Branch is a co-equal branch of our government.

We will Demand that Congress Act as a co-equal branch of government and IMPEACH and CONVICT Donald Trump for the commission of High Crimes and Misdemeanors, and REMOVE him from office.

We will Demand that all Rights protected in the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th and 14th Amendments of the United States Constitution be upheld, protected and defended, and that ANY violations of these Rights be adjudicated in a Court of Law and Punished.

Across the country, multi-racial, pluralistic and democratic communities in which people live and work, thrive and love are under attack. ICE and Border Patrol agents act unlawfully against all persons of all races, US Citizens and non-citizens alike: children, parents, families and neighbors. Under the authority of Donald Trump and Kristi Noem they engage para-military tactics that range from the brutal to the lethal in open defiance of the US Constitution, Federal and State Statues and the Social Contract, all of which govern and regulate our civil society, its discourse and relationships, and arise out of our common sense and cause of human decency, dignity and community. These communities are not just targeted by raids, abuses and trauma, and dehumanizing policies that tear families apart; family members are detained, arrested and transported to private prison “centers” in what appears to be a growing network of concentration camps.

Given a President, who has acted since his Inauguration as a Monarch and has attempted to govern by Fiat alongside his Administration - a Regime of Criminals - and who openly defies The Rule of Law and violates the Constitutional Rights protected by the 1st, 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th, 9th, 10th and 14th Amendments; and, given a growing network of private owned, profit based “detention centers”, it may be reasonably concluded that Donald Trump, Convicted Felon and He Who Would be King, seeks to establish unending Authoritarian Rule over our America, a democratic, multi-racial, pluralistic Republic, and a Free People fighting for our democracy.

Now We the People will come together peaceably to stand shoulder to shoulder and to protest and to dissent, to seek redress of our grievances:

We will NOT stand by as children, parents, families, friends and neighbors are disappeared.

We will NOT stand by as our Constitutional Rights are violated and denied.

We will NOT stand by as our privacy is violated and our safe, secure and free elections are threatened.

We will NOT stand by as our democracy is disappeared.

We will NOT stand by as liberty is terrorized.

We the People will not be Silenced. We the People will NOT be ruled by tyranny.
We the People say: In the United State of America: No Thrones. No Crowns. NO KINGS!

A core principle behind all No Kings events is a commitment to nonviolent action. We expect all participants to seek to de-escalate any potential confrontation with those who disagree with our values and to act lawfully at these events. Weapons of any kind, including those legally permitted, should not be brought to events.
